Charles Mwalimu, PhD Cert., President and CEO with more than 25 years experience as a legal, political and policy advisor to country governments including more than 26 years of federal services in the US government, private corporations and international non-governmental organizations. He has
more than 20 years experience in constitutional development, rule of law, advising and policy implementation in East, Central, Western and Southern
Africa and Afghanistan. He is a recognized legal expert, scholar and author of more than ten internationally distributed textbooks as well as a respected
senior social scientist. He has numerous degrees from University of Zambia, University of Washington and Georgetown University Law Center including post doctorate studies. He has a secret security clearance.
Dr.Michelle Mwalimu, PhD is a global monitoring and evaluation specialist and expert with more than 10 years experience serving corporate, non profit and public sector clients. She is an advanced qualitative, quantitative and writing expert, a seasoned trainer, manager and team leader. She has degrees from Stanford University including her PhD from Michigan State University as a Fulbright Scholar.
Dr.Seema Tariq, MD is a medical doctor with world-wide experience and an executive administrator and scholar of more than 20 years
experience including with the World Health Organization and National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, National Institute of Health in Washington D.C. She has technical expertise and experience in Tuberculosis, reproductive and women health issues, family planning, malaria, infectious disease and immunization programs as well as an expert in polio. She has numerous degrees including in business administration (Hospital Management) and other postdoctoral studies. She is a recipient of numerous awards in her field.
Dr. Mary Catherine Goetter, PhD is a Nurse Scientist with more than 20 years of experience as a senior scientist, executive director, educator
and scholar. She was commissioned as an officer in US Armed Forces in 1990 with more than 23 years of active, guard and reserve service at the rank of Colonel. She has a secret security clearance.
Charles Chanda-Mukanga Mwalimu is a Stanford graduating class of 2014 with honors and Deans List meritorious scholar. He is a State of Maryland
Distinguished Scholar with numerous diplomas and other certifications. He is a leader of various organizations at Stanford University especially those dealing with minorities. Charles enters New York University (NYU) Law School in the Fall of 2014 for additional graduate degrees in Law, international relations and international development.

Jacqueline Allee is a University of California, Davis, CA graduate with varied international experience of more than 14 years especially in the
transportation and airline industries. She has a secret security clearance.
Kristen Kivela is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin River Falls with international experience, a TS-SCI security clearance and 10 point
Veteran Preference.
Michele L. McVenes is a business graduate of University of North Dakota and U.S. College of the Air Force and an airline pilot on various classes
of aircraft civilian and military. Michele has a TS/SCI security clearance.
Gregory Robert Bayes is a graduate of Arizona State University, Old Dominion University and Glendale Community College in political
science and international relations. He has extensive experience working with the military and other organizations in international staging settings,academia and project management of more than 10 years. He has a secret security clearance.
Maia Lee is a graduate of the University of San Francisco, CA, Defense Language Institute and Harmony House, Thailand with more than 10 years international experience, communications and integrated systems services. Maia has a secret security clearance.
